		<description>FYI, the sluggishness of the windows explorer may be explained. Also, it&#039;s nice to know that deleting file is actually only removing a kind of &quot;tag&quot; on your hard drive, not the actual data which stays there, meaning the size of the file does not matter at this point.</description>
