Valentin Antonesei , you are a lying piece of shit, LOL your 280 lbs and natural? Even arnold and dorian aren’t that size and weight during competition and they sure are not natural bodybuilders.

You are either making shit up or just an extremely fat kid that started lifting weights and trying to act muscular.

I am about 260 and I am totally natural, and I am growing! 23 male 5′10-260lbs. So anyone calling people liars because of mass is a IDIOT! It takes dedication lots of eating and genes. We just have the genes bro, dont be jealous!

  • 10. Gob  |  July 11th, 2009 at 3:52 am

Oh yeah your natural simply because your say so, its funny that most of the people that are above 240lbs claim that they are natural and claim they have the best genes in the world when in reality they actually took more than steroids like HGH, insulin and more gear and lie about it.

I don’t see how your natural bro, genetic freaks like dorian yates are merely 257 lbs and they took a shit load of HGH, steroids and other drugs but i do acknowledge the fact that they worked out like beasts.

Your probably 260lbs and natural, but i am guessing your body is consisting a shit load of fat and your lean mass is probly less that 160 lbs.

    You confuse mass and fats.

  • 11. JamesKungfuPimp  |  July 11th, 2009 at 3:56 am

LOL another idiot that claims he is 260lbs and has absolutely nothing to prove that he is natural, Probably on drugs and lying his ass about it.

If your so big and “shredded” my friend then why aren’t you competing in the mr olympia? How come i don’t see you winning any natural competitions?

Your another one of those steroid junkies(assuming your actually muscle and not fat) that act big and claim they are all natural because they have the best genes in the world!

The only true genetic freak that ever came close to 260lbs naturaly was vic richards and even he took steroids!4F9C

hi people i have read all the comments and there is something that i can\’t belive, antonesei i\’m 17 and i had just training for almost 2 years and these are my stats: my 1rpm at the bench is nearly 300lbs, my squat 1rpm 407lbs and my 1rpm deadlift is 430lbs. And for the record am only 205lbs and 5\’7ft, i had use cell-tech, nitro-tech and gakick since the begin, i train like maniac so far to reach my goals and never took steroids. If are that big, strong, only 18(i mean now you are 20 so you shold be even bigger) and you are natural?!… So i understand that you shold be the next ronnie colleman. The gym here i workout in PORTUGAL(is am portuguese so we hermanos, literaly) is full of big guys that use steroids and they say that i had good genes, butt i give you the award for the best genes of the decade my friend. To all the other guy that aren\’t make stuff up, train hard to reach your goals!

260 lbs and 5′ 10″???? You’re an idiot. Unless you’re just a obest fat ass.. theres no way in hell. Hell, Jay Cutler is 5′9 and at 4% body fat during competition weighs right at 247 lbs. So unless you’re just a genetic beast like Jay.. whcih i highly doubt…you’re just another overweight fat ass portraying yourself as a bodybuilder. LAME

All of you genetically challenged people questioning the power of good old fashioned genes need to chill. I come from a long line of genetically big people(Russian, what do you expect) and i can easily believe guys being naturally big. I consider steroids/hgh to be unnatural. If you take some creatine or protein its no big deal. I see that as natural. I\\\\\\\’m 6\\\\\\\’2\\\\
