Google Chrome Hijacked with TextSrv Ads (double underlined hyperlinks)

Recently I’ve realized that my Chrome browser got hijacked with TextSrv Ads and it’s displaying hyperlinked keywords (double underlined green hyperlinks) that lead to different advertising sites.
